Blog Name Change

Only two more days and this blog will change its title (Thursday, September 5th, at 10:00 am Eastern Time, give or take a few minutes).  Why?  This blog has become more than just about my first book.  It has to do with me...and with those who want to know me more as a writer, author, human, and purveyor of meaningful nonsense.  Okay, not all of it is nonsense!  Don't worry...the URL will remain the same.  Jimmy Miller isn't just a character in my book, he is in some ways my alter ego.  Not all of my future fiction will even feature Jimmy Miller, just the sequels to the series.

I plan on placing some more excerpts of book 1.  Because of the original publishing, I can't offer free ebook giveaways, unless someone can help me figure out a way.  I could offer to email a free mobi file (and/or epub) that is of lesser quality than the official Amazon Kindle or B&N Nook versions.  However, I am cooking up a contest for a signed print copy.  Stay tuned to this blog for future information.  Anyone with advice on this matter, please leave a comment.

Oh...the new name!  The new title will be Jimmy Miller's Super Powerful Author's Blog. So, don't be shocked when this title comes up.  It still has Jimmy Miller in it.  See...I'm Jimmy Miller's Super Powerful author, David Lichty.  A play on the title of my book, as anyone with a brain can tell.  

I'm so excited about this change.  Hopefully, no one gets confused.  Be good to yourselves.  And don't forget to pour yourself a beverage of your choice.  My blog is best enjoyed for those seeking a brief respite in their hurried lives.
